Somehow, somebody there screwed up and printed the corrected text of the book with the initial bad cover ( I can't imagine why that was retained). I received additional support from Mike Sullivan that was also well done. He was careful to make sure that the corrected cover was not changed, and that only the text was updated in the upload he handled. I resubmitted my book for a third time, and John Morad handled it initially. I realized I could just put in the page numbers myself this go round, and it got rid of the problem. And even though I paid for them to remove incorrect page numbers, they were unable to remove a page number from the copyright page that shouldn't have been there. I went through the book page by page and did the numbering myself, as Word 365 had a pagination bug. Just a short time ago I set out the make the book completely correct without a print date pushing me to rush. But then there was a mistake in pagination, which I later had to fix. I wasn't given the sort of customer support to get the cover right until the second printing. That turned out to be radically things to the two sides of the discussion. I had been told by my initial contacts that their people would catch mistakes and let me know. I also was not given cover guidelines correctly.

The artificially created deadlines had put me under unnecessary pressure and I made some mistakes. Several iterations of my book had been printed previously with mistakes. It was handled with wonderful professionalism, making my experience low stress. And FINALLY, I GOT SOME GOOD SUPPORT PEOPLE! John Morad and Mike Sullivan helped me this last time, and FINALLY my book is the way it should be.

I admit, it has been a bit like baptism by fire, but I have learned their system, which helps. The Quality of Customer Support is SO Important!
